The word “sororidad” which means sisterhood in the english language was not included in the Real Academia Española dictionary until 2019. That's why in 2018 me and a team of creatives decided to campaign for change. We filled in the official form requesting the addition of a word on the RAE’s website, we created a petition on change.org, and took to instagram with the hashtag #SororidadenlaRae.

 

The campaign had a happy ending because in 2019 the word was finally included in the RAE dictionary.
